Sarah McBride is a strategic, results-driven Senior HR Professional with more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR business partnership. Recognized for fostering inclusive workplace cultures and building trusted relationships across organizations, she has led initiatives in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership coaching.

Sarah has held impactful roles at leading organizations including Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, and Cisco, where she delivered best-in-class HR strategies and talent solutions. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Fairfield University and lives in Rowayton, CT with her two children.
