Evan Clark, Co-Founder

Evan Clark co-founded BlueStar Search Partners in 2006 and leads searches across all sectors of the financial services industry, with a focus on alternative asset management and equity research. Prior to founding BlueStar, Evan spent a decade as a Director at The Whitney Group, a global financial services recruiting firm, where she executed searches on both the buy and sell sides. Earlier in her career, she worked at Merrill Lynch in the Institutional Client Group, selling credit derivatives to institutional investors.

Evan serves on the board of Cornell University’s undergraduate business school and the advisory board for the Cornell Women’s Leadership Program. She has been a featured speaker at The Cornell Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C., and is also a board member of the Darien Foundation.

Evan earned her B.S. in Applied Economics from Cornell University and holds a Coaching Certification from Columbia Business School.
